How do I obtain a new license code or a disaster recovery license code for the DataDirect Shadow products?

For all Shadow related license code issues including disaster recovery testing, please contact our Sales team for assistance.
Include the output of the following MVS command in SDSF (M.5) :
/D M=CPU
This will produce output like:

The serial will be the last six numbers of CPC ND, in the above example: 0729DE The Model Type is the last 4 digits of the first section of CPC ND, in the above example: 2096 The Model Number is the second section of CPC ND, in the above example: R07
Also include your current LICENSECODE Shadow Server parameter value in your *IN00 member.
For emergency license code issues where immediate assistance with a license code problem is required, please contact the Shadow Support team. In addition to phoning the Shadow Support team, please use one of the other options provided in the contact us link. Enter "Emergency License code request" in the Problem Description field.
This will provide authorization if needed to issue a temporary emergency license code until the matter can be handled further by your Sales representative.
