Problem Description
Do you need assistance with a licensing or key question for a DataDirect Connect product?  See the information below to find the appropriate contact.

1. Do you already have a license key but find that it is not working to install the product you purchased?

For example:

  • Are you seeing errors related to CPU or processor counts?
  • Are you seeing other errors related to licensing or keys when attempting to install your product?
  • Are you getting license or key errors when installing in a virtualized environment?

Please contact our Sales team for assistance. We can help ensure that the key you received matches the product you are installing.


2. Do you need to obtain a replacement license key for a product you have already installed previously?

For example:

  • Do you need to reinstall an existing product and have misplaced your key?
  • Would you like to replace an existing installation with a new version of the same product?

Please use the Request Information form and select "License Key Replacement"


3. Are you evaluating a DataDirect Connect product and your evaluation license has expired?

For example:

  • Your evaluation period has expired and you are receiving an error message indicating "You are not licensed to use this DataDirect Technologies ODBC Driver under the license you have purchased" or "The evaluation period for this driver has expired."
  • Your evaluation period is expiring soon and you'd like to extend the evaluation period before it expires.
